Omar Nawaz
Co-Founder · Product & AI Strategy
Currently serving as CPTO of a K-12 EdTech/FinTech platform, where he is leading a full transformation from fragmented Vertical SaaS to an AI-Native, Agentic SaaS operating system — consolidating two acquired companies into a unified platform, delivering a board-approved AI transformation roadmap, and launching the company's first AI agent into production. Previously CPO at Chargebee, where he scaled the organization from 60 to 350+, drove 1,000% revenue growth and 28× valuation expansion ($125M → $3.5B), and executed three strategic acquisitions to build an integrated multi-product platform. Earlier career includes founding product roles at Cisco (Unified Communications, $0 → $700M) and Microsoft (first SaaS server product, $250M ARR in two years). Omar holds an MBA and MS in Engineering from San Jose State, executive certifications from MIT and UC Berkeley, and serves as Global Executive Director of the Applied AI Association (AAIA), leading 20+ chapters worldwide.

Germain Brion
Co-Founder · GTM & Operations AI Strategy
Spent eight years at Chargebee across two roles — first as SVP Global Sales, where he scaled the team from 3 to 150 globally, achieved >140% NRR, and delivered a 30× increase in average selling price. Then as SVP Corporate Strategy & Development, where he initiated and integrated four acquisitions that took the company multi-product. Before Chargebee, Germain founded Innovation 31, developing the OS for the world's first smartphone designed for children and one of the first screen time management apps. Germain holds a Joint Honours degree in Philosophy & Political Science from McGill University. He currently serves as a Board member and Fractional CRO to SaaS and AI Scaleups.
