Schedule my Fast

Planning your fasts ahead of time is a great way to stay on track with your goals. The Fasttrekker app makes it easy to schedule fasts for future dates. Here's how:

1. Open the Fasting Planning Page:

In the FastTrekker app, navigate to the "Fasting" section, typically found in the bottom navigation bar. This may vary depending on your app version.

You can also access the Fasting Planning page from almost any screen by looking for the "Fasting" option in the navigation bar.

2. Access the Planning Calendar:

  • Scroll down on the Fasting Planning page until you see the "Planning Calendar" section.

  • This calendar displays the current month with today's date highlighted.

3. Select Your Future Fasting Date:

  • To choose a date in the current month, simply tap on the desired date.

  • To schedule a fast in a future month:

    • Swipe: You can swipe left or right on the calendar to navigate to the desired month.

    • Tap the Month/Year: Tap the month name (e.g., "February") at the top of the calendar. This opens a year picker where you can select the desired year and navigate to the corresponding month.H

How will I be notified for my upcoming fast?

You will get a notification to remind you of you upcoming fast if you have your notification turned on. Once your notifications for fasting is turned on, we will take care of the rest. Here is how you can turn on your fasting notification.

Can I turn off my fasting Notification?

Yes. You can customize your fasting notification. For example, you can turn off the notification for Iftar but keep the Suhoor notification on. Or you can turn off all your fasting related notifications.

Resetting Your Password

If you've forgotten your password or need to update it for security reasons, the Fasttrekker app provides a simple process to reset it. Here's how:

Navigate to Account Settings: Access the app's settings by tapping on the "Settings" icon, typically found in the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen. Within the Settings menu, locate and select "Account Settings." This section houses various options related to your account management.

Initiate Password Change: Within the Account Settings page, look for the "Account Settings" section. Underneath this section, you'll find the "Change Password" option. Tap on it to begin the password reset process.

Follow On-Screen Instructions: The app will likely prompt you to enter your current password for verification purposes. After successful verification, you'll be guided through creating a new password.

Change my email address?

You can contact us at support@ilim.ai and request the change. We are working on adding our app's capability to let you do that on your own. We plan to have the available to you shortly.

Cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time you like. If you are an iPhone user and subscribed to our service, you will cancel it from Apple’s AppStore. If you are an Android user and purchased your subscription in Google PlayStore, you will cancel it in the PlayStore.
